The fee for the priority pickup service is used to pay for the logistics and software services which are provided by ReSupply and it's partnered logistics companies. This fee does not go to the charity but is in direct support of these organizations as it pays for the delivery of the donations which may later be used to support their mission further. 

 

By allowing our team to "ReSupply" the charity with these vital resources, you are supporting not only your assigned charity's mission, but our team and our mission in keeping as many items as possible out of our landfills and back into our communities!

 

Why chose ReSupply? 

Our Priority Pickup service offers competitive rates, often less than the average cost for a hauling or junk removal company in the same market. Our drivers are able to 

 

  • Professionals in the local area who have received ReSupply training.
    • As part of our service, our customers will receive a pickup of their donations from professionals who have received in-house training from ReSupply. 
  • No need to bring the items to the curb!
    • Our Priority Pickup service is further distinguished from the Standard, or free, pickup alternative by providing the pickup of your donations from where they lay! 
  • Increased availability
    • Many partnered drivers have availability as soon as 24 to 72 hours from the date of scheduling! There may be a multiple day, or week, delay in the schedule for a standard pickup in some areas. For more information on this, we recommend reaching out to your local charity directly as they coordinate and conduct these pickups separate from ReSupply's operations. 
  • Licensed and insured
    • All drivers who are partnered with ReSupply are professionally licensed and insured per local policies and regulations.
