Drivers who are partnered with ReSupply are able to offer disassembly services as part of the Priority Pickup. While all drivers conducting pickups for ReSupply should have basic tools on site for the service, it is best practice to ensure that the disassembly fee is listed on the pickup request prior to your driver's arrival so that they know to arrive with the appropriate equipment. If this is not included in your original estimate, don't worry! Your assigned driver can include this add-on in the final quote provided during their on-site estimate.

  • Disassembly
    • This fee is charged per item that will need to be disassembled before transporting. The disassembly may vary in difficulty but should be charged in the event that disassembly of any item requires the use of tools. Some common items that this applies to are bed frames, dressers with mirrors, desks, multi-piece hutches or entertainment centers, etc.
  • Uninstalling
    • Please note that disassembly is considered different from the uninstallation of items per ReSupply's guidelines. Most partnered drivers are not able, or insured, for the uninstallation of items such as cabinets, built in appliances, or other similar items. If you have one of these items, please ensure they are uninstalled prior to our team's arrival. If you would like to verify your driver's ability to render these services, please reach out to contact the drivers in your area!
