Please note that this is separate from the booking fee. Booking fees are a non-refundable charge unless we are unable to complete your donation pickup as requested. The booking fee is used to reserve your requested slot in the schedule and helps pay for the software and logistics services that we provide here at ReSupply to our partnered drivers and charities.
