The booking fee is a charge that is separate from the cost of the service and is taken at the time of scheduling. The remaining cost of the pickup service is not due until the day of the pickup. For more information about when costs are charged, please review our help article by clicking here

 

The booking fee is non-refundable unless we are unable to complete your donation pickup as requested. This is a separate charge from the cost of the pickup service and is not refunded after the pickup has been complete. This is charged to our customers to reserve the slot in the schedule and to help pay for the logistics and software services that our team provides here at ReSupply.
