Our service operates as an on-site estimate with our risk-free no cancellation fee. While we try to provide the most accurate estimate possible, the estimate we provide is under the assumption that all items will be in donatable condition and are just inclusive of the item's size and possible add-ons selected at the time of scheduling. We cannot factor possible disposal fees into the initial estimate due to the varying donation guidelines from charity to charity across our serviceable markets.
If you would like to make a change to your original estimate, you can do so from your donation management page. A link to which can be found in the email that was provided post scheduling. Please review the following list of possible reasons your estimate may change:

Amount of Items
- Adding or deducting from the list of items which items will be donated.

Adjusted Sizing
- The cost of the pickup may change if there is a need for the driver to change the sizing of an item. For example, if a two-person recliner-sofa (loveseat) was listed as a Large Item, then the partnered driver would need to adjust this to an X-Large item due to the weight concerns.
- Disassembly
- A disassembly fee is charged for items that will need to be disassembled before transporting. This disassembly may vary in difficulty but should be applied for the disassembly of any item requiring the use of tools. Some common items that this applies to are bed frames, dressers with mirrors, desks, multi-piece hutches or entertainment centers, etc.

Specialty Items
- Our pricing structure is only intended to account for standard sized household or office furniture. Specialty items which are deemed extremely bulky, cumbersome, or as posing other unique logistics challenges may require specialty pricing. This pricing will be determined by the partnered driver who is performing your pickup and will be within what is considered a reasonable margin based on local market pricing. Recycling Fees
- If items can't be accepted by your assigned charity, we will have to include a recycling fee. Recycling fees are charged in increments of 10 dollars to reflect the costs that the driver would otherwise incur for the disposal of the item(s) in your area. Recycling fees are not charged per item, but rather is the only incremental charge on our pricing structure. For more information on our recycling fees, please check our help article by clicking here.
