When am I charged for the booking fee?

Donors are charged the booking fee at the time of scheduling. This is a separate charge from the cost of the service and helps pay for the logistics and software services provided by ReSupply to our partnered drivers and charities. For more information on the booking fee, click here.

 

When am I charged for the service fee? 

Our service operates as an on-site estimate. As a result, the payment for the pickup service is not due until the day of the pickup. Once our partnered driver arrives on site, they will assess the items that you have for pickup. After assessing the items that are present, they will revise the quote as needed and will send the final cost of the pickup to you to process. Remember, we do not charge any cancellation fee to our customers. If you disagree with the quote, you are free to cancel the pickup order at no additional cost.  

 

Please note that your driver is unable to proceed in the system until after the payment has been processed. As a result of this, we ask for our partnered drivers to ensure that the payment is rendered before the service is conducted. If there are any questions or concerns regarding the updated cost, please bring this to your assigned driver's attention so that they can explain the added fees and assist further.
