You can manage your pickup by visiting your donation's unique management page. This can be accessed through your confirmation email.
If you have not received a confirmation email or no longer have it, please visit https://donor.resupplyapp.com/lookup. You will need the following to search:
- Email OR Phone (Required)
- Donation ID (Optional)
To update your special instructions, please select Edit your information.
Once selected, you will have the option to update your special instructions. You can also update name, email, phone, and item descriptions. If additional help is needed, please contact ReSupply Donor Support.
