You can manage your pickup by visiting your donation's unique management page. This can be accessed through your confirmation email.

 

If you have not received a confirmation email or no longer have it, please visit https://donor.resupplyapp.com/lookup. You will need the following to search:

  • Email OR Phone (Required)
  • Donation ID (Optional)

 

To reschedule, please select Update requested date.

Once selected, you will be displayed all available dates and times. If a desired date is unavailable, please contact ReSupply Donor Support.
