You can manage your pickup by visiting your donation's unique management page. This can be accessed through your confirmation email.
If you have not received a confirmation email or no longer have it, please visit https://donor.resupplyapp.com/lookup. You will need the following to search:
- Email OR Phone (Required)
- Donation ID (Optional)
To update your list of items and get a new initial estimate, please select Edit donation items.
Once Edit donation items is selected, you will have the ability to increase or decrease number of items being picked up. You will also be provided an updated initial estimate. If additional help is needed, please contact ReSupply Donor Support.
