You can manage your pickup by visiting your donation's unique management page. This can be accessed through your confirmation email.

 

If you have not received a confirmation email or no longer have it, please visit https://donor.resupplyapp.com/lookup. You will need the following to search:

  • Email OR Phone (Required)
  • Donation ID (Optional)

 

To update your contact information (name, email, and phone), please select Edit your information. Update requested date.png

Once selected, you will have the option to update name, email, and phone. You can also update item descriptions and special instructions. If additional help is needed, please contact ReSupply Donor Support.
