You can manage your pickup by visiting your donation's unique management page. This can be accessed through your confirmation email.

 

If you have not received a confirmation email or no longer have it, please visit https://donor.resupplyapp.com/lookup. You will need the following to search:

  • Email OR Phone (Required)
  • Donation ID (Optional)

 

To upload photos of your items, please select Donation photos.

Once Donation photos is selected, you will have the ability to upload photos. ReSupply Donor Support is unable to upload on your behalf.
