What is the Courier Pickup Program?

Our new Courier Pickup program is the latest addition to our mission of revolutionizing charitable giving! We’re committed to providing donors with every possible opportunity to contribute. Whether you’re donating a single item or a full estate, we recognize the immense value these donations hold—for those in need and for the charitable missions they support. To make it easier and more affordable for you, we’ve partnered with trusted third-party courier companies to offer a cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution for transporting smaller donations.

 

Can I Edit the Items for a Courier Pickup?

Yes, you can easily edit the number of items you have for pickup through your Donation Management page! It is important to note that there are certain limits on the type and quantity of items that can be picked up through our Courier Pickup program. Courier Pickups allow up to five bags or boxes and are only available for items that are small enough to be bagged or boxed; anything beyond this requires an upgrade to a Priority Pickup. Each pickup is coordinated by ReSupply, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of your donated items to our partnered charities.

While we strive to make the most of every donation opportunity, safety is our top priority—for our drivers, your property, and you. It is for this reason that all items must be securely bagged or boxed to be included in a Courier Pickup. Drivers conducting Priority Pickups are fully licensed, insured, and trained to safely handle donations of all shapes and sizes. If you've scheduled a Courier Pickup but have an item that might need the specialized care of our Priority Pickup service, please contact our support team:

Alternatively, you can upgrade your pickup to a Priority Pickup directly through your Donation Management page when editing your list of items. Upgraded pickups will require a new pickup to be scheduled. In order to ensure a double booking does not occur, it may be beneficial to contact our support team.

How do I Check the Status of My Pickup?

After scheduling your donation, you'll receive a notification with a link to your all-in-one "Donation Management" page. From there, you can easily check the status of your pickup, update your information, reschedule, and more! If you’re having trouble locating your Donation Management page, simply use our donation lookup tool below:

How do I Get a Tax Receipt?

You will automatically receive a tax receipt through your Donation Management page after the delivery to the charity is complete. For Courier Pickups, the receipt will be available shortly after the pickup takes place. You can access your Donation Management page using the link provided in the notification you received immediately after scheduling your donation.
