We ask that any questions regarding a free, or "standard", pickup be directed to your local charity as the availability for this service varies from location to location and is provided directly by that charity providing the service. 

 

What we offer here at ReSupply is the fee-based Priority Pickup. We partner with licensed and insured logistics companies across the continental U.S. to provide the priority pickup service to our donors. The fee for the Priority Pickup is used to pay for our team and our partnered logistics companies for the services provided. 

 

Please note that we do not have access to, nor control over, our partnered charities schedule. If they are able to provide the free pickup service, this would have to be scheduled directly through their system and cannot be input by a ReSupply employee. If you are trying to locate the charity nearest your location, a good place to start would be searching the web for the name of the charity followed by "near me". For example, "Habitat for Humanity near me" should provide the location and contact information for Habitat for Humanity centers which are in your area.
