ReSupply's Priority Pickups are paid and processed primarily through our in-house software. We require a Booking Fee to be paid in order to submit your pickup request and reserve your slot in the schedule. After your booking fee is paid, this payment method is saved securely to use again when processing the final payment for the service. Please remember, the full cost for the pickup service is not taken until after the partnered driver arrives and provides their onsite estimate. It is due to this that we require payment information to be kept on file until the pickup service has been complete and paid for. Please note that your charge will not be processed until the pickup has been marked complete in our system, indicating the receipt of delivery from the charity.
