How do I input a manual pickup address?
If you are having troubles entering your pickup address and would like to input a manual address, please follow the below steps. If you have already started the scheduling process and just need assistance with inputting your address, skip to step 3.
- First, ensure that you are on our scheduling webpage for scheduling a pickup. If you haven't started the scheduling process yet, you can do so by clicking here.
- On step 1 you will be prompted to input the items and sizes that you have for pickup.
- On step 2 of the scheduling process, you will be prompted to input your address into the system. In order to enter your address, click on the search bar titled "Enter Address Here".
- If you are having troubles getting your address recognized by our system, click on the button labeled "Can't find your address? Click here to enter it manually."
- After clicking on this button, a pop-up window will appear which will allow the fields to be manually entered.
