Donor Support

We require for either you or a trusted representative to be onsite during the pickup service due to liability and processing concerns. Our service operates as an on-site quote, any representative which you elect to be onsite during your pickup service should be authorized to submit payment and accept any changes to the initial estimate on your behalf.

If you are unable to be onsite and do not have a representative who can be available, please reach out to our support line to discuss further.

Why is it important for someone to be onsite during the pickup?

  • Payment
    • The payment for our service is based on an onsite quote. Due to this, we require for an authorized party to be present during the pickup service to review and process the final cost.
    • The driver is unable to move forward in the system without the payment first being processed, without an authorizing party onsite, the pickup will be delayed and may impose on the driver's route.
  • Detail the donations
    • Although our drivers receive both your initial estimate and the description of your items (If input), our drivers will need to have these items detailed again upon their arrival to ensure that there are no changes to the original order and that the correct items are being picked up.
  • Damage
    • All of our partnered drivers are licensed, insured, and expected to provide a full reimbursement for any damages which were caused as a result of the pickup service. In order to ensure that any possible damages incurred are properly communicated to our team, it is vital that a representative is on site with the driver to detail these damages and make the driver aware of the same.
