As part of the Priority Pickup service that we offer, our partnered drivers are able to complete the pickup of all items; however, charities are limited on which item(s) can be accepted based on the item's condition and whether it can be used or sold in support of their mission.
If you would like a better projection of which items are likely to be accepted or declined, please refer to your assigned charity's "Donation Guidelines" page. You can locate this page by searching your assigned charity's name and regional center, followed by "donation guidelines". For example, "Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston donation guidelines". You can find the name of your assigned charity and the associated regional center in your donation management page. You can access the link to your donation management page through the email notification received at the time of scheduling.
Should it be determined that any item(s) are likely to not be accepted by the charity, your assigned driver will inform you and will make adjustments to the final cost based on local recycling or disposal fees. You can elect to move forward with the pickup of these items and accept the on-site estimate or can have these items removed from your pickup order. Remember, we have decided not to include cancellation fees so that you may feel completely comfortable during your on-site estimate!
