Your tax and payment receipt will be available once your items been dropped off at your local charity at your donation's unique management page.
You can visit https://donor.resupplyapp.com/lookup if you no longer have access to it. You will need the following to search:
- Email OR Phone (Required)
- Donation ID (Optional)
Please refer to IRS publication 561 to fill in the tax receipt estimated values. We recommend consulting a tax advisor or certified public accountant if additional assistance is needed.
Please note that we do not provide hard copies of tax receipts as we do operate nationally, and the distribution of these documents manually would require capabilities and processes which we do not currently have in place. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
